Our Services

We design, build, and operate backend systems, web applications, and the infrastructure that runs them. Our default stack is Go and JavaScript on Linux, fronted and protected by Cloudflare — picked because each piece is simple, well-understood, and easy to operate at a small scale.

Custom Software Development

We build bespoke software when off-the-shelf products are the wrong fit. Most of our work is server-side: services and APIs written in Go (Golang) for throughput and predictable performance, with JavaScript/TypeScript front-ends where the problem calls for an interactive UI. Every system we ship is designed to be observable and straightforward to operate.

Application Development & Maintenance

Beyond greenfield builds, we maintain and evolve existing applications. That includes fixing legacy bugs, refactoring brittle code, modernizing runtimes, and adding features incrementally without destabilizing what already works. We treat maintenance as a first-class activity, not an afterthought.

Infrastructure & DevOps

We design and run the Linux infrastructure underneath our software: containerized workloads, CI/CD pipelines, TLS and DNS, backups, and monitoring. We make heavy use of Cloudflare for authoritative DNS, edge caching, and zero-trust access, which lets small teams operate like much larger ones.

IT Consultancy

Sometimes the right deliverable is advice, not code. We take on short engagements to review architecture, audit security posture, untangle legacy systems, or help an internal team get unblocked. Engagements are scoped tightly and end with concrete, written recommendations.

How We Work

We prefer small teams, short feedback loops, and written specifications before implementation. Estimates are honest; if a problem is genuinely hard, we say so. We communicate primarily in English over email and shared documents, and we keep clients close to the work — no black-box development.

Technologies

We rely on boring, well-understood technology to reduce risk and operational burden.

TechnologyWhere we use it
GoPrimary language for high-throughput, reliable backend services.
JavaScript/TypeScriptUsed for front-end development and internal tooling.
LinuxThe foundation of all our server-side environments.
DockerUsed for containerizing workloads and ensuring consistent deployments.
CloudflareProvides DNS, edge caching, secure tunnels, Workers, and email routing.
PostgreSQL/SQLiteOur chosen relational and embedded databases for data storage.
CI/CDGit-based pipelines to automate testing and deployment.
MonitoringPrometheus and Grafana-style tooling for observability and alerting.

Our Approach to a Project

  1. Understand & specify: We define requirements and project goals before touching code.
  2. Design the simplest thing that works: We prefer straightforward solutions that remain maintainable over time.
  3. Build incrementally with short feedback loops: We deliver working software frequently to ensure progress aligns with goals.
  4. Make it observable & deployable: We instrument systems early to ensure they can be monitored and operated reliably.
  5. Operate & maintain: We take long-term responsibility for the systems we build and run.

What we don't do

  • We do not develop speculative features without a clear, written specification.
  • We do not perform performance optimization before measuring actual bottlenecks.
  • We do not accept projects or systems that we cannot support or operate reliably.
  • We do not favor complex, hype-driven architectures over simple, robust ones.

Engagement FAQ

Do you work with companies outside Thailand?

Yes, we serve clients globally. As long as our remote-first, written-communication style fits your needs, we are happy to assist.

How do you charge?

Pricing depends on the scope, complexity, and duration of the work. We provide clear estimates based on our initial assessment of your requirements.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Yes, we frequently audit and adopt legacy codebases. We start by stabilizing the current system before introducing improvements or new features.

Do you do fixed-scope projects?

Yes, we can perform fixed-scope engagements if the requirements are well-defined. For more ambiguous problems, we recommend a time-and-materials approach to allow for flexibility and discovery.
